I can not thank you enough for ALL that you did for us leading up to and even on our day- thanks to the internet! The commitment to our day was incredible right down to the creation of my very own Cinderella boat dress! Our only regret is that we weren't able to fit you both in our suitcases you were really missed! Thank you so much for your truly individualised customer service you really made me feel like I was your only bride! (Although HOW you cope with more than one I don't know!)The quality of your dress selection in your boutique is both amazing and unique. Your skills regarding alternations and headpieces (and earrings- is there nothing you cannot do??!) are impeccable, I wish there were more stars to give you- 5 is not enough!!! THANK YOU Millions! lots of Love Mrs Goodyear! Ps..this is the only bridal shop a bride needs!!!!!!!

To Jo and Patricia, After my first foray into trying on wedding dresses, and being dressed in what can only be described as a big duvet, I was pretty convinced I was not bride material. The second was more flattering and there were a couple of lovely dresses that would do the business. However, my appointment at the Bridal Rooms really was a case of third time lucky. A certain Farage number had caught my eye on your FB page days before, so I was keen to see if it looked just a beautiful on as it did. It was divine. It was the dream dress. I was a bride after all. So thank you for having such beautiful attention to detail and selecting such gorgeous gowns! But a bigger thank you for being interested in how it complemented the rest of the wedding, from contacting your Ronald Joyce supplier and sourcing the bridesmaid dresses, saving the endless journeys back and forth to the nearest supplier in Cornwall, to designing and creating the perfect veil alternative, decorative comb, and of course seeing me through bottomgate! You went above and beyond and I will be extremely grateful. Love Cat - x

Where to start! From the minute I walked into the shop, Jo and her mum were amazing. The shop is beautiful, and you really feel like you can see and touch the dresses, without they all being hidden away in plastic! I fell in love with my Ian Stuart dress and bought my veil and hired my petticoat from Jo. She also did all my alterations, which were incredible! On my wedding day, everybody was talking all day about how fantastic my dress was and how it was the nicest wedding dress they'd ever seen - I am definitely an extremely happy customer! Your shop is second to none and I would happily recommend you to anyone. You offered professional and 'honest' advice, when I almost chose the wrong colour dresses for my bridesmaids. They looked truly stunning too, after lots of panicking (on my part) with alterations. You were calm and lovely throughout. I went to the Bridal Rooms first of all when I started looking for my wedding dress, then went to several other places, then ended up going back to Jo (and buying the very first dress I had tried on)! I found Jo to be so helpful and totally honest. As a slightly older bride I was very cautious about the type of dress I wanted, and Jo's advice was spot on. Her alteration skills (and patience) were second to none as well - I'm only 5'2" and a curvy size 12/14!. I really did feel like a Princess on my wedding day, thank you so much Jo, you're a star!
